Boy or Girl?
This is kinda scary!
Ive always hoped for a girl.. All the baby clothes I have bought since highschool are feminine.
But there is alot more on my mind now than just cute little outfits, and painted toes.
Theres the needs that I just cannot meet as mother
that a daughter would need from a father.
A fathers strong hand to discipline and guide, yet a tender touch to nuture and love.
A daddys hug to comfort and protect.
Poppas arms to throw you high in the air and the trust to always be caught.
Little girls without daddys
often seek the emotional lacking
from other sources, unhealthy sources.
Like horny teenage boys. Booze. Bad friends.
Seeking out love, acceptance, emotional bonding...
and never being fulfilled by empty relationships and meaningless sex.
Leaving them a confused, empty and starved young women.
I dont want that for my girl child!
Maybe I just better hope for a boy.
